Based on Article 75/6 entitled “Registration Procedures for Existing Entities” of the aforementioned law, it is determined that;
Entities that have previously been registered in the registers provided for in point 1 of this article and have not registered with the tax authorities are published in a special section of the NRC website. In the event that these entities do not notify the start of commercial activity within a period of 6 months from the date of this publication, the NRC shall primarily deregister them from the register.

• Based on Article 27/4 of the Law "On Business Registration, as amended, it is determined that; The accompanying documents must be in Albanian. Along with the accompanying document in Albanian, the applicant may also file a certified translation in a foreign language. Private acts and official documents of foreign jurisdictions must be accompanied by a certified translation in Albanian and legalized according to the laws in force and international agreements ratified by the Republic of Albania.
