PROCEDURE STEPS

- Log in as an entity on the e-Albania portal
- Select the service "Extract for data registered in the Register of Beneficial Owners"
- Click the "Use" button
- Confirm the NUIS for which you are requesting to download the extract
- Choose whether you want the simple or historical extract
- Press the "Download stamped document" button
- The requested extract will be downloaded to you immediately electronically stamped. You can find the extract generated with an electronic seal at any time in the "My Documents" section of "My Space" on the e-Albania portal.
