Registrations according to Article 45 of Law No. 9723, dated 03.05.2007 “On Business Registration”, as amended.

Based on Article 45 entitled "Registrations by Court Decision" of the Law "On Business Registration", as amended, it is determined that:
- The Central Bank registers in the register and publishes, on its own initiative or upon request from any interested person, court decisions on the registered data or the activity of the entity.
- The request for registration by interested persons shall be accompanied by the relevant decision. Registration shall be carried out within one day from the date on which the Central Bank is notified of the relevant decision or from the date of submission of the request by the interested party.
- Registration of decisions/acts of the court, bailiff's office or other public authorities (Administration)
- Registration of decisions/acts of the court, bailiff's office or other public authorities (Business)
- Registration of decisions/acts of the court, bailiff's office or other public authorities (Individual)
